Let this work of thousand slOkams bloom like the lotus flower for the enjoyment of experts. Let it grant them all the riches.

Comments:

This song has words that could mean both, a lotus and this kAvyam. The poet says “Let the lotus that has honey enjoyable by bees, which belongs to Lakshmi, that exists in Her hands and serves as an ornament for Her bloom as if the Sun’s rays fell on it”.

It could also mean “Let my work that is beautiful to hear and read, that which would confer all the wealth and impress the reader with its beautiful usage of words and their meaning, that which would be appreciated by poets who delve deep into its thousand songs.
