The chart below shows how the percentage number of international graduates from different Canadian provinces changed between 2001 and 2006.
Actually, in almost all provinces the number of students graduated from universities has raised up [AK1] to 2006 with the exception of Alberta province where the percentage has fallen [AK2] from about 5,8[AK3] % to 4,2[AK4] %.

A more detailed look at the graph reveals that such provinces as British Columbia, Ontario, Manitoba and Newfoundland&Labrador has doubled [AK5] the number of students in Canadian Universities up to 2006. There is[AK6] only 6% in Ontario and about 7% in Manitoba and Newfoundland&Labrador. In British Columbia it raised up to 10,2 [AK7] percent, while the same rate become [AK8] in Nova Scotia when in 2001 it was 6,2[AK9] %. The pick [AK10] of students were [AK11] in 2006 in New Brunswick. It jumped up to 11,8[AK12] % from 7%. And in Quebec the rate raised up just for 2% from 6,1[AK13] %.

Clearly, there were[AK14] a stable raise at [AK15] Canadian Provinces from 2001 up to 2006.
