ACTION: OKT to provide some names after the meeting for the possible involvement in ILC from Korea.

Review of the 12th Conference on Compressors and their Systems

All agreed that the conference is well organised and positive feedback was received.

Some remarks:

· Prof. NS suggested to add the list of all participants

· Prof. NS noted that it would be useful to have participants list in each room

· Prof. IA had a remark about long names of avatars and names overlapping, suggestion from CH for Gather Town to implement names wrap, suggestion for us to make sitting order different to make names more visible

· AK: we had some problems with A/V system and sharing sound simultaneously in virtual room and in University

· AB: to add

ACTION:Compile the list of issues we had and send to Gather Town team

ACTION:To look into other platforms that would allow easier organization of hybrid events in the future

CH asked if it is possible to share paper form industry talk along with other papers from conference. It was agreed to include these papers if received by 15^th of September.
