Food reception not less than 4 times a day:
- breakfast – not later than the 9th o'clock in the morning;

On caloric content this diet distribute as follows:
- breakfast – 30%;
- dinner – 40%;
- dinner – 20 – 25%;
- the second dinner – 5 – 8%.
