10 March 2018 – arrested and charged with “breach of public assembly’s regulations [on 4 March 2018] by its organiser which caused obstruction of pedestrian traffic and access to the infrastructure”;

23 March 2018 - the Klin Town Court reclassified the administrative offence that the applicant was charged with for a lesser one and found the applicant guilty of “breach of assembly’s regulations by its organiser relating to the safety of persons”;

24 April 2018 - the Moscow Regional Court upheld the judgment.
