INVITATION TO

BARENTS SUMMER GAMES (BSG)

MURMANSK 30th of AUGUST – 1st of SEPTEMBER 2019

With great pleasure, the Barents Sport Committee Russia and Committee of Physical Culture and Sports of the Murmansk Region, invite you to participate in BSG 2019 in Murmansk, Russia.

The first Barents Games ever took place in Tromsø 2014 (Winter Games).Now it is the time for Russia to organize the Games, Barents Summer Games 2019!

Orienteering

Age group: 15-16 years (2 men-2 women), 17-18 years (2 men-2 women), 19-20 years
(2 men-2 women), 21-25 years (3 men-3 women) (no athletes under 15 will be accepted).

Team structure: 18 athletes (9 men - 9 women) and 2 coaches

Framework for the event:
Friday August 30^thArrival in Murmansk, accreditation and check-in at the hotels (after 12:00). For some sports: start of competitions. 20:00 opening ceremony.
Saturday August 31^st Competitions. 20.00 Get-together
Sunday September 1^stCompetitions. Departure.

Barents Sport Committee Russia will book the following:

• Accommodation in hotels (double/triple rooms) from Friday to Sunday;
• Transport: hotels-arenas-hotels from Friday to Sunday;
• Meals:

o August 30^th  –     dinner

o August 31^st  –      breakfast, lunch, dinner

o September 1^st – breakfast, lunch
