The volume of the final qualifying work - 101 pages with supplements. When writing the final qualifying work, 57 sources of literature were used.

The aim of the study is to identify the relationship of self-appraisal and self-confidence with the manifestations of emotional burnout among primary and secondary school teachers.
Object of research: emotional burnout; self-appraisal; confidence.
Subject of research: the specifics of the interrelation between self-appraisal and confidence with the manifestations of emotional burnout among primary and secondary school teachers.
The final qualifying work includes: content, introduction, 2 chapters, 2 conclusions for the chapters written, conclusion, bibliography, applications.
The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, poses the problem, goal and objectives of the research, determines the object, the subject of scientific research, formulates a hypothesis, sets the goal and objectives, indicates the methodological basis of the research, its theoretical, practical significance.
To achieve these goals, it was necessary to solve the following tasks: • to analyze the features of the manifestation of emotional burnout amongteachers in modern psychology; • identify and compare the level of emotional burnout among primary and secondary school teachers; • determine and compare the level of self-appraisal and self-confidence among primary and secondary school teachers.
The tasks were solved by using the following research methods: theoretical analysis of literature, psychodiagnostic method (testing by K. Maslach and S. Jackson; questionnaire by A.A. Rukavishnikov and the method of self-assessment of personality by O.I. Motkov); methods of mathematical and statistical processing and comparative analysis of the obtained data (U-Mann-Whitney criterion, rs-Spearman correlation criterion), interpretation method.
The first chapter proposes a theoretical substantiation of the problem of The primary and secondary school teachers’ self-appraisal and confidence and its interrelation with manifestations of emotional burnout; discloses the concepts of "emotional burnout", "self-appraisal", "confidence", lists the stages of emotional burnout. The conclusion summarizes the study of theoretical material. In chapter two, experimental and practical work is carried out. The chapter includes setting tasks, goals of practical work, analysis of results. The conclusion describes the significance of the results. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions and proposals for the prevention of the primary and secondary school teachers’ emotional burnout.
