PROGRAMME:

25-26/9/2019: Day of arrival - Check in after01:00 p.m. at hotel – The rest of the total ammount for the group, should be given in this dayto the representative of the organizers who will meet you at your hotel. -A detailed program and a person in charge (the days of performances) will be provided to each group. Free time for optional activities, swimming, walk to the market and clubs –Lunch or Dinner (in consultation with the hotel).

27/9/2019: Breakfast – Leaders meeting at 11:00 a.m. (coffee/drink – discussion - memorial gifts from FOLKWAY Organization)- The rest of the day is free, for shopping – swimming at the beach - Optional excursion. Lunch or Dinner(in consultation with the hotel).

28/9/2019: Breakfast - Free day from morning till noon- Optional excursion – Midday meal (13:00 – 14:00). - Departure from hotel at06:30p.m. dressed in traditional costumes. At07:00p.m. we will be at the place in village Avdou. At 07:10 p.m. the parade will begin until the place where the show will be held.At 07:40p.m. there will be preparation – sound check and the show will start at 8:00 p.m. – The Organizers will offer to all the groups a memorial present -After performance local delicacy and drinks will be offered.

29/9/2019: Breakfast - Free day from morning till noon- Optional excursion – Midday meal (13:00 – 14:00). Departure from hotel at06:30p.m. dressed in traditional costumes. At 07:15p.m. we will be in St. Johnin Heraklion City.At 07:30 p.m. there will be preparation – sound check and the show will be start at 08:00 p.m. - Departure for hotels.

30/9/2019: Breakfast-Departure of the groups.

• If your group stays extra days:

The remaining days are free for rest – swimming – shopping - optional tours.

• In your performances (12 minutes each) you should bring a flag of your country- your CD with music.
• Transportation to the places of the performances will be with your own or Municipalities Bus.
