                                                            To the entire world community.

        We, the Soviet PEOPLE, the Founder of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (hereinafter referred to as the USSR), have the status of Sovereign, Owner, Owner of public property and declare our rights: to the entire territory of our country, land, subsoil, water and airspace of the USSR with everything that is located there , on the informational, intellectual, material, spiritual and other unspecified property of our people and the state, and on the entire heritage of our ancestors, wherever it is.

Each of us is a Soviet Man who is a part of the Soviet PEOPLE in unity with all the PEOPLE of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Taking into account Article 1 of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (signed on December 26, 1933, entered into force on December 26, 1936), the state is defined as a participant in international law. The state of the USSR has all these necessary features. Temporarily absent were only the bodies of people's state power and administration, the Soviets of People's Deputies and controlled and accountable

which for 30 years, through fraudulent actions, rob and destroy the Soviet people

On the territory of our country, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the Soviet people was introduced into a monstrous deception by the top leadership of the country, the Central Committee of the CPSU, through the mass media (media) controlled by them, and then was betrayed by the same leadership, the Central Committee of the CPSU and the KGB.

                            On March 17, 1991, 113.5 million citizens of the USSR expressed their WILL: TO SAVE THE USSR

                    But the WILL of the Soviet people was violated and further monstrous crime, fraud and genocide took place.

               Hidden contracts and agreements were imposed on the Soviet people: a trust management agreement, a hidden agreement without explaining the terms of the agreement, through obtaining a Russian passport, theft of state property under the guise of privatization, theft of USSR passports and the imposition of a Russian passport with the help of threats and blackmail, false "citizenship" of the Russian Federation .

We demand to initiate the work of the Nuremberg Tribunal on swindlers and criminals involved in the creation of the Russian Federation-Russia trading company and its counterparts, in the robbery and genocide of the Soviet state and the Soviet people.

                                         We demand from the United Nations, from Interpol, from the Hague Court:

- initiate investigations and arrest Klaus Martin Schwab, for the premeditated murder of all peoples.

- arrest of all members of the Chabad Lubavitch organization around the world,

-arrest of Bill Gates as the founder of global digitalization, i.e. slavery, and other sites of genocide of the Peoples and the seizure of territory.

We demand that the persons who organized the trading corporation Russian Federation - Russia, a foreign agent on the territory of the USSR, which transferred the assets of the USSR to the control of the United States, be held criminally liable.

We demand to stop the collection and cross-border transfer of personal data, as well as biometric data, of the entire Soviet people!

We demand that all the plundered assets of the USSR, which are now located in almost 100 countries of the world, be returned to the Soviet People, these are France, Turkey, Sweden, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Great Britain, the USA and others, where all the assets of the USSR are stored, and this is an international crime and does not have a statute of limitations, just like Article 64 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR does not have a statute of limitations.

                       We prohibit the use of all illegally confiscated golden passports of the USSR of Soviet citizens.

The USSR Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case on the genocide of the Soviet People, by persons posing as citizens of the Russian Federation, who do not have a single act of transfer from the USSR to the Russian Federation, who organized commercial structures registered in the West, recognized by the Supreme Court of the USSR, a terrorist sect (Appendix 1).

Premature unlawful international legal recognition of the Russian Federation - Russia and other firms on the territory of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, is interference in the internal affairs of the Public Socialist Property of the State of the USSR and is equated to an act of intervention. The socialist state of the USSR is indivisible.

                                 We were the Soviet people and will be, the territory, as it was ours, has remained.

We exist as a country and as a state in which power, according to the constitution, belongs to the people, and the Soviet people, under article 62 of the constitution of the USSR, are obliged to defend their homeland.

We declare that since the publication of this document, all hidden agreements and contracts of a commercial company of the Russian Federation, and now Russia, are declared invalid and legally void, which we do not recognize, deny and annul: all the "laws" of the Russian Federation, as having no legal force and “accepted” by deputies of the Russian Federation who do not have Russian citizenship, a trust management agreement, the seizure of our assets, their debiting from any of our accounts, as in the territory of the Soviet Union,

and all over the world, the US Commercial Code, built into the "laws" of the Russian Federation, all hidden contracts in all medical institutions, in the education and upbringing system, in all courts and protocols of law enforcement agencies, in all documents that are a hidden bill, offer, hidden treaty and where our rights are violated, the Soviet people

We notify the UN and the Security Council as a founder of the possibility of closure and subsequent liquidation, due to the failure to fulfill their basic functions of ensuring security and resolving military conflicts.

We notify the UN and the UN Security Council as a founder of the UN .. "On behalf of the Councils of People's Deputies, on behalf of state authorities, on behalf of the Soviet people, we put forward initiatives that we announce to the world community:

        Мы, Советский НаРОД, Учредитель Союза Советских Социалистических Республик (далее СССР), имеем статус Суверена, Хозяина, Владельца общенародной собственности и заявляем свои права: на всю территорию нашей страны, землю, недра, водное и воздушное пространство СССР со всем, что там находится, на информационную, интеллектуальную, материальную, духовную и другую не указанную собственность нашего НаРода и государства, и на всё наследие наших предков, где бы оно не находилось.
