AUTOMATION

Automation Lead Engineer

Responsibilities

- Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform task or sequence of tasks, for conventional projects with few complex features

- Executes assignments using established solutions

- Collaborates on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues or providing solutions to correct engineering errors

- Provides technical support to commissioning and start-up activities

- Assists in creating proposals for projects through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates

- Interacts with customers, contractors, suppliers, attends project meetings and presents all technical aspects of project assignments

- Ensures that engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements

Requirements

- Appropriate education, Bachelor/Master degree in automation preferred

- Minimum is 5 years of experience as Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer focused on automation engineering sector.

- Fluent in English language

- Ability to work in international teams

- Ability to work independentlFlexibility to travel abroad on business trips

AUTOMATION ENGINEER – Standard

Responsibilities

- Design, specification and documentation of automation system according to requirements

- Create functional description and program SW application

- Coordinate with hardware design

- Performing FATs

- Commissioning on customer site

- Participate proactively in project teams

- Contribute with creative ideas in order to develop solutions that keeps pace with technology and market trends

- Produce technical documentation in accordance with ABB’s and end customers’ requirements
