Everybody known that sports is an important part of our life, but why?

There are a lot of advantages of doing different exercises and first of all it’s just an entertaining pastime. But that’s not all.

Scientists tend to believe that sports is necessary for improve our body and minds. Also it has a lot sorts of benefits, like strengthening our bones, joints and muscles. Our brain, also, work hard while we are doing sports so that it release a number of chemical, for example endorphin. Moreover, you can find new friends if you decide to do the team sports.

As for me, I’m care for sports because it seems to me very complicated, but I still think that sports is an integral part of our life. And I do the sports to feel more confident on the beach or just in the summer.

3.Can you see any risks of doing sports, especially professional sports?

Of course there are a lot of risks associated with sports. For example, if you are not professionally engaged in sports, you can do some exercises incorrectly and damage you joints or muscles. Or if you are not prepared for sports, or do not feel well, you may even faint if you overestimate your strength.

Also, if you are starting to engage in professional sports, it is better to do it with a coach, rather than yourself , since professional sports require a lot of knowledge in this field.
