VIA Mr Sylvain Nicolas FERRER – Buyer Mandat FRANCE           

Subject: AU-Gold dory bars 50 kilos Sample 1st Trial (Delivered) Shipment.

           CONTRACT 50 – 200 kilos per month during period One (1) year revolving

CONTRACT OBJECTIVE

In a joint effort to provide buyers the ultimate Proof of Product (POP) and to expedite (without un-necessary delays) SPA-Contracted CIF shipments to Belgium (at seller’s expense) the seller or his representative will hand deliver 50 kgs of gold dory bars as a first delivery to the buyer in Brussels airport ( Belgium )

After an Approved and Accepted Final SPA-Contract Agreement, Buyer and Seller will arrange a scheduled time to bring the product to Brussels / Zaventem Airport and proceed to:

TERMS OF THE CONTRACT

THE SELLER:.............................................             (Hereinafter referred to as the "Seller")

THE BUYER: (Hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer”)

WHEREAS: seller has "for sale" gold, hereinafter referred to as " Gold Dory bars"

WHEREAS: Buyer wishes to Purchase the seller's Gold Dory bars .

NOW THEREFORE: The parties agree to the Terms and Conditions of this SPA-Amendment, as follows:

SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

1)The sellers, under full authority and responsibility, declares that he has the clear and right to sell the Gold and guarantees to bring the gold to the buyer’s country .

2) The buyer further declares that once the gold is delivered to Belgium, buyer will test and confirm the gold to being at least a Minimum 92,00% and 22+ Carats:
